IPMR BATTMIX - tilting tank type - and IPMC - discharge screw type - as well, can be widley used in compounding all kinds of rubber, plastics, composite materials and ceramics.
Main characteristic of BATTMIX mixer - tilting tank type - are:
° drive/reduction unit widely designed apt to mix/knead even highly hard materials.
° kneading system composed by mixing tank and masticator blades made in special steels and polished - electropolished, conforming to the degree requested from the process; masticator blades are higly stellite-filled, on the working edges, and on the whole surface, to increase  their wear resistance.
° pressurizing cover by an air cylinder and corresponding control sistem, to assure uniform pressure on the kneaded product.
° tilting device of the tank, up to 140°, to fully discharge the compounded material from the tank.
BATTMIX can be supplied, in many different models, beginning from manually operating type to the fully automatic one, equipped with the most advanced technologies, apt to put in communication the mixing/kneading system with all other ones involved in the whole process, feeding, dedusting, discharging-extruding plants.
